Flowery Pineapple Jam Cookies(Yum Yum Dec2009)











Chinese New Year is in the corner. Pineapple tarts is always my favours during Chinese New Year and i just realized that KS also love Pineapple Tarts. That's why i decided to give myself a challenge to try on the Yum Yum Dec 2009 series - Flowery Pineapple Jam Cookies recipe. All the picture above is my today's products, which i find it quite satisfied on the outlook and taste. However, i m worried that those will turn too soft over times like my yesterday's products....Because my yesterday's products was turn soft and very easy to break off after few hours. i m wondering why and i couldn't find the reason.;-(....harr~ , if any expert can advise me on that problem??
